We were fortunate to have fantastic weather at the end of 2020, the Year of the Pandemic. It was sunny, relatively warm, and there was no snow on the ground. So we decided to camp together in the Fleetwood Flair at St. Vrain State Park. It was close to home, just in case.
But we didnβt need to head for home β camping conditions were perfect for the entire trip. We had a spot right next to the main pond in the group of ponds, with fantastic views of the mountains.
We had a great time Segwaying around the state park and having a campfire every night.
We decided to make it a tradition and camp every Christmas, if we can. It was a great way to end 2020.
